The Arizona Cardinals announced Tuesday that they’ve re-signed WR Pharoh Cooper and waived DT Miles Brown.
- The Cardinals also re-signed TE Darrell Daniels to their practice squad.

Cooper, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Rams back in 2016. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.89 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season.
Los Angeles waived Cooper last December and he was later claimed by the Cardinals. He was once again cut loose this past August and claimed by the Bengals.
Cincinnati waived Cooper a few weeks ago.
In 2018, Cooper has appeared in seven games and totaled 277 kick return yards and 12 punt return yards for the Rams and Cardinals.
